Simple and powerful

Disc has been designed from the bottom up to be easy to use. Accessing it is easy for members, whilst navigating through it – whether via the Disc App or on the Disc Desktop – is so intuitive there’s no need for training. The Disc Admin Centre is easy to use too. After initial set up to suit their own requirements, administrators can easily manage and maintain their system. Any number of members can be made sub-administrators to help, or to fill-in when the regular administrator is away.

Data Protection…

…and Data Security

Disc has been built to comply with all data protection law and best practice including the all-important GDPR concept of ‘compliance by design and default’. In addition to built-in processes to ensure ongoing compliance, we provide a full set of ‘model’ documents to make compliance easy to achieve, and our customer support provides ongoing consultancy on data protection.

Apart from the security provisions that surround the Disc system itself, it is delivered from a Cloud-based secure-server environment and is independently certified to the ISO27001:2013 standard for information security management. Disc also complies with NCSC Cloud Security Principles, boasts robust data back-up and disaster recovery processes, and is submitted to regular independent, expert ‘penetration testing’.
